Since it has antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, it is also called a superfood. There are lots of health benefits of spinach as it contains Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K. It also contains magnesium, iron, and manganese. It reduces high blood pressure, protects from eye diseases & protects the human body from different harmful diseases. The green leafy vegetable “spinach” is better to eat raw rather than cook it. Vitamin C, niacin, riboflavin, and potassium are more available in raw spinach.
