There are lots of leafy vegetables found in nature; among them, spinach is one of them. It has a high source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that protect our body from different diseases. Since it has antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, it is also called a superfood.

There are lots of health benefits of spinach as it contains Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K. It also contains magnesium, iron, and manganese. It reduces high blood pressure, protects from eye diseases & protects the human body from different harmful diseases. The green leafy vegetable “spinach” is better to eat raw rather than cook it. Vitamin C, niacin, riboflavin, and potassium are more available in raw spinach. When it is cooked, it reduces vitamin and contains oxalic acid.
